Panel Building & Controls Electrical
Our in-house controls electrician group is capable of fabricating and wiring fixtures and machines to any specification.
Depending on customer specifications, our schematics can be created using Auto-Cad Electrical or E-Plan.
The panel above was wired to customer specification, and features an Allen-Bradley programmable logic controller.
This is an example of a typical panel layout print. This attention to detail allows for all duplicate electrical panels to be identical.
We take great care to ensure that our panels are as serviceable as possible, making each label easily readable.
We pride ourselves on our cable management skills. We always take careful steps to prevent the damage or miss-identification of all cables ran on our machinery.
All of our panels are wired using wire ferrules, and each terminal is labeled to match its corresponding wire.

All of our in-house electricians are proficient in both machine wiring and field wiring. Per customer specifications, we will run sensor cables using molded cables, or cables with field wireable ends.
